We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing or store at our sole discretion if we suspect any activity that poses a risk to the community. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Distribution of counterfeit banknotes
• Providing misleading or false exchange rates
• Theft or suspicious behavior
• Any form of scam or dishonest conduct

Any store or listing associated with suspicious or fraudulent activity may be terminated without prior notice. By using our platform, you give us explicit consent to take these actions, and you acknowledge that we bear no liability for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

3. Our Responsibilities

We are a neutral listing platform, not a financial institution or licensed exchange provider. We do not:

• Handle or facilitate any transactions
• Verify the identity of users
• Regulate exchange rates
• Guarantee the reliability of any exchanger

All listings and exchanges are submitted and conducted by users at their own risk. We rely on community feedback to help others identify trusted exchangers, but we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damages resulting from a transaction.

4. User Responsibilities & Precautions

As a buyer or seller, you are fully responsible for verifying the authenticity of any transaction. Be especially cautious of:

• Counterfeit currency
• Receiving fewer banknotes than agreed
• Unsafe exchange locations

We highly recommend that users count all money carefully and agree on a safe location to exchange. For privacy reasons, we do not collect buyer information or verify seller identities beyond what they submit voluntarily.

Buyers are encouraged to request a Review Passcode from sellers after completing a transaction. This allows you to leave a verified review, helping others avoid bad actors. Sellers should only share their Review Passcode with legitimate buyers to prevent fake reviews.

5. Request to Remove Information

Sellers can request the removal of their store or any associated data at any time. We also accept requests to investigate potentially fake or spam reviews.

Our team uses internal tools and community reports to assess and remove false or harmful content where appropriate. We reserve the right to remove any listings or reviews that violate our terms, either upon request or at our discretion.
